I am honored to be a co-author of the 8th Edition of Entrepreneurial Finance, a leading textbook that guides students through the complete life cycle of entrepreneurial ventures -- from startup formation and financing to growth, valuation, and exit.

This edition is especially meaningful to me. My colleague, mentor, and friend, Chris Leach, was a co-author of this textbook and a tremendous influence on my career. Chris, Ron Melicher and I worked together extensively on this edition until Chris's passing in the spring of 2025.
